BSH 2025: The source of heart and circulatory disease and related events in myeloma: a systematic review
In my latest research, that I am presenting at BSH on Monday 28 April, we examined the often-overlooked risks of heart and circulatory diseases in people with myeloma. Our systematic review investigates how treatments like carfilzomib, along with lifestyle factors such as smoking and obesity, contribute to these risks. The findings challenge us to rethink how we approach myeloma care and how we can better support patients' long-term health.
