When I first entered this role, my responsibilities were mainly focused on the technical aspects of treatment delivery. This included verifying chemotherapy prescriptions and ensuring compliance with pregnancy prevention programme requirements. However, the treatment landscape for myeloma has evolved considerably over recent years, and with it, the scope of my role has expanded too.
