Other consolidation and maintenance options
The one licensed consolidation option in the UK is daratumumab in combination with bortezomib, thalidomide and dexamethasone (DVTD). Two cycles can be given following stem cell transplantation and prior to lenalidomide maintenance, in transplant eligible patients. Several other treatment combinations are being investigated and are available in clinical trials.
