BSH/UKMS good practice paper on Diagnosis and management of monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance (MGRS)
The British Society for Haematology (BSH) has released a Good Practice Paper offering joint recommendations for nephrology and haematology teams involved in the care of patients with suspected MGRS.
The paper outlines a consensus approach to diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of MGRS, including guidance on the investigations required to confirm the condition, principles of supportive care, and haematological treatment strategies.
