FACIT-F (v4)

The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy – Fatigue (FACIT-F) scale is a validated, patient-reported outcome measure for assessing fatigue in people with chronic illness, including cancer and myeloma. Fatigue is one of the most common and debilitating symptoms experienced during and after treatment, and accurate assessment can support better symptom management, treatment planning, and monitoring of patient wellbeing over time.

The FACIT-F questionnaire evaluates both the severity of fatigue and its impact on daily functioning. It is widely used in oncology and haematology research, clinical trials, and routine care to track changes and assess treatment effectiveness.
