IMWG immunotherapy committee consensus guidelines and recommendations for optimal use of T-cell-engaging bispecific antibodies in multiple myeloma
Despite advances in drug therapies that have improved survival rates, multiple myeloma remains an incurable condition. Recent regulatory approvals for immunotherapies, including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy and T-cell-redirecting bispecific antibodies, have demonstrated remarkable efficacy. However, these novel treatments come with distinct mechanisms of action and unique toxicities, highlighting the need for guidance in patient management.
This document presents expert consensus clinical practice guidelines for the use of bispecific antibodies in treating myeloma.
