There are more than 30,000 people living with myeloma in the UK. We know that as healthcare professionals and researchers, you are working every day to support those 30,000 – but we still need to go further, faster, because people affected by myeloma can’t wait.

Sign up for Challenge 30, taking place Monday 16 – Sunday 22 June, to help us to fund more research, fight for access to new treatments and find new ways to a cure.

Every person who takes part can:

  • Cover 30 miles - complete the miles in one day or spread it over the week.
  • Raise £300 to help us get closer to a cure.
  • Raise awareness of myeloma and related conditions this Myeloma Awareness Week.

And we’re with you every step of the way.

This year, we’ve upped the distance because there’s more to do. Recent figures show there are now more than 30,000 people living with myeloma in the UK. Thanks to more treatments and earlier diagnosis, people are living longer, better lives – but that means more people need Myeloma UK than ever before.

Donnie, one of the 30,000+ living with myeloma in the UK, took part last year.

You choose how to complete your 30 miles – run, walk, swim, cycle, hop, or roller skate, do it on your own or get a team of friends, family, or colleagues together.

Every participant will get a free Myeloma UK T-shirt and fundraising support and advice to help you meet your goal. So join us today to help get us closer to a cure.

Sign up to Challenge 30 today.  Together, we increase the pace of change.
